Do I need to sign up for a contract?

No, at Xstream Connect we give you the freedom you deserve. All our packages are Month‑to‑Month and can be easily cancelled with one full calendar month’s notice if you change your mind.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my package?

Yes. We understand what you need today is not necessarily what you need tomorrow, however, package changes will only be effective on the 1st of the following month.

Does unused data roll over at the end of the month?

No, Any unused monthly data on Cell C packages will expire at the end of each month.

What is the order or prioritisation of data depletion?

Monthly inclusive data will deplete first, followed by top up data.
